This Refund and Cancellation Policy establishes the conditions applicable to the purchase of digital products offered by KATAOMOI Inc. ("Company", "we", or "our"), through our website and associated platforms. By purchasing any product, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

The products sold consist of exclusively digital content, including online courses, educational materials, digital downloads, and access to members areas.

The provision of access to content constitutes the delivery of the digital product. By their nature, digital content cannot be physically returned, and the specific refund rules described in this policy apply.

2. Guarantee Period

We offer a 7 (seven) calendar day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the payment confirmation.

During this period, the customer may request a full refund if they consider that the product did not meet expectations.

After the guarantee period expires, no refunds will be made, except when required by law.

3. Conditions for Refund Request

For the request to be processed, the customer must:

  • Submit the request within the guarantee period
  • Provide sufficient information to identify the purchase
  • Use exclusively the official channel indicated in this policy

The Company may refuse requests that indicate abuse of the policy, bad faith, or attempts to substantially consume content followed by refund requests, always respecting the consumer's legal rights.

The estimated review period is up to 5 business days.

To ensure efficient resolution, the customer agrees to use this official channel first before initiating a financial dispute with the payment institution.

5. Refund Method

When approved, the refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, according to the financial intermediary's rules.

Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

6. Access Cancellation

After the refund is approved:

  • Access to content will be revoked
  • Downloads and permissions will be cancelled
  • The usage license will be automatically terminated

The customer agrees to immediately cease any use of the material.

7. Exceptions

No refund will be made in the following cases:

  • Request outside the guarantee period
  • Abusive or repetitive use of the policy
  • Violation of the Terms of Use
  • Attempt to retain or continue using content after refund

Nothing in this section limits rights guaranteed by law.

8. Payments Processed by Third Parties

Transactions may be processed by third-party payment platforms. Final procedures and deadlines may depend on these institutions.

The Company will provide support but does not control external banking or operational timelines.

9. Changes to this Policy
